Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to complete your service safely and effectively, you agree to:

Disclose any property hazards (such as underground utilities, septic tanks, or unstable structures).
Ensure pets and bystanders remain clear of work zones.
If we cannot complete work due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions, the service may be treated as a cancellation and subject to fees.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to the full service amount.
Insurance and Liability
Northeast Tree Service carries liability insurance for our work. Any claims for property damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion, with supporting photos. Our liability does not extend to pre-existing conditions, hidden underground structures, or unforeseeable events outside of our control.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site or refuse service if a customer violates these Terms or engages in unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, power outages, or third-party service interruptions.
